If coming from city, get off from the back of train. You’ll be at the intersection of Wyckoff and Flushing Ave. (look across Flushing for the Smokestack, that’s the 1896).  Turn right on Flushing and cross the street.  Take your first left up Gardner St.

Back of Building:  In most cases, the entrance to stages is at the back of the building at 215 Ingraham St.  From Gardner St., take your first left onto Ingraham St. We are the second building on your right (look for the ‘1896’ on the door).

Front of Building:  Occasionally we may have you enter at the front of the building at 592 Johnson Ave.  From Gardner St., take a left two blocks up onto Johnson Avenue. We are the second building on your left, black door.

Neither side has a door bell so please make sure to call us when you arrive!

Via Brooklyn Bridge or Manhattan Bridge.  Turn right on Gardner and then take a right on Flushing Avenue. Take Flushing approximately 2 miles until it reaches Classon Avenue.  Right past Classon, under the overpass is the left hand turn to take the Brooklyn Bridge.  Or continue going straight on Flushing for the Manhattan Bridge.

Via Williamsburg Bridge.  Turn left on Gardner and then take a left on Johnson Avenue.  Continue to Morgan Avenue. Take a right on Morgan Avenue and follow up to Metropolitan Avenue. Take a left on Metropolitan and after a mile or so it will pass over Union Avenue.  Soon after pass under the overpass, exit to BQE/278 W on left. Follow signs for Williamsburg Bridge.

Take the Van Wyck Expy I-678 N to Exit 10 on your left, Grand Central Pkwy. Take Exit 10E-10W for the Long Island Expy/495.  Keep left to continue onto 495 W.  Take Exit 10W for 495 W.  Follow signs for 69 Street/Grand Ave.  Merge onto Borden Ave.  Take the 2nd left onto Grand Ave.  Stay left at fork to continue on Flushing Ave.  After approximately 1 mile make slight right onto Ingraham Street.  Cross over Gardner Street and we are a 1/4 way down the block on your right.

Via BQE/ 278 E.  Take BQE to Exit 32 – Metropolitan Ave. Merge onto Rodney Street and take a right on Metropolitan Avenue. Follow approximately 1 mile to Morgan Avenue. Take a right.  Road will fork at Johnson Avenue. Take a left onto Johnson Avenue. Continue approximately 3 more blocks to Stewart Avenue.  Take a right onto Stewart Avenue.  Take your first left onto Ingraham Street.  We are 3/4 of the way down the block on your left.

Take BQE 278 West to Exit 34 Meeker Ave/Morgan Ave exit. Turn left onto Morgan Avenue. Road will fork at Johnson Avenue. Take a left onto Johnson Avenue. Continue approximately 3 more blocks to Stewart Avenue.  Take a right onto Stewart Avenue.  Take your first left onto Ingraham Street.  We are 3/4 of the way down the block on your left.
